Prior to joining Breit Law Office, Bill was a partner at a large national firm’s Louisville office. While in practice, Bill has handled a variety of cases, always specializing in the defense of individuals and corporations in the areas of premises liability, products liability, health care and long- term care litigation, auto and trucking litigation, construction litigation, and toxic tort. He has experience in all aspects of civil litigation through arbitration, jury trial, and appellate practice.
Bill received his Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in 2000. After graduation, Bill attended Suffolk University Law School at night while working at a family owned law firm during the day. He obtained his J.D. from Suffolk in 2004. He immediately took, and passed, the Kentucky and Indiana Bar Exams. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Kentucky and Indiana, as well as, the United States Sixth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.
When not defending clients, Bill is very active in the lives of his 2 children as chauffeur and chief of the cheering section at softball and archery events.
