Scott E. Miller

Scott E. Miller is an experienced litigation attorney and has been with Breit Law Office, PLLC since graduating from law school. For the past 16 years, he has successfully practiced in all aspects of insurance defense litigation, auto and trucking accident cases, premises liability, bad faith, insurance coverage matters, and contractual issues. He has extensive experience in preparing and writing legal opinions and arguments in pleadings, motions, and memorandums in all levels of federal, state, and appellate court practice. Scott has been a big resource, and a significant contributor, toward many jury trial victories.

Mr. Miller graduated magna cum laude from Transylvania University in 1997 with a Bachelors degree in History. He then graduated cum laude from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2000. He is currently licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Kentucky and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He also has been admitted to practice in cases in Indiana.

Mr. Miller is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, and sits on the board of directors for River City Junior Roller Derby.
